Co-Founder & Design Director
Suzanne Atterbury is a highly experienced textile designer and creative leader with more than twenty-five years in the global home textiles industry. Throughout her career she has designed and developed collections for many of the world’s leading retailers and brands, combining strong creative vision with deep commercial understanding.
Suzanne has worked with a wide range of prominent names across the bedding, bath and home lifestyle sectors, including Marks & Spencer, Cath Kidston, Christy, Anorak, Matthew Williamson, Jasper Conran, John Rocha, Debenhams, Tesco, BHS, B&Q, John Lewis, Catherine Lansfield and Jigsaw. Her work has consistently focused on creating distinctive, trend-led products that translate successfully into strong retail performance.
She is known for building excellent relationships with retail partners and is highly regarded for her speed of response, professionalism and ability to identify opportunities within product ranges. Suzanne has played a key role in developing best-selling collections season after season by combining trend insight, competitor analysis and a deep understanding of customer expectations.
As Co-Founder and Design Director of Home & Dry, Suzanne leads the creative development of collections and works closely with retailers and manufacturing partners to bring new ideas to market. She is supported by extended creative teams in India, Portugal and Pakistan enabling rapid product development and scalable design solutions for retail partners.

Co-Founder & Sales and Marketing Director
Siobhan Pointon is a commercial, strategic and results-focused Director with more than twenty-five years of experience across the home textiles, retail and licensing industries.
She began her career with Jaeger through its graduate programme and quickly progressed to manage a large portfolio of international stores across Japan and Korea, working closely with distributors and licensees on store openings and operational activities. She played an instrumental role in launching Jaeger’s flagship stores in Ginza, Tokyo and Seoul.
Siobhan later moved into the magazine industry as Licensing Manager at Hearst Magazines, working across leading titles including Cosmopolitan, House Beautiful, Country Living and Good Housekeeping, developing product licensing partnerships and brand extensions.
She then built an extensive career within the global home lifestyle market, working with brands including Dorma, Laura Ashley, Marks & Spencer, Sir Terence Conran and Christy.
For the past seven years Siobhan has run her own licensing and business development consultancy, supporting British fashion designers and textile companies in expanding their brands into new categories and international markets. Clients have included Marks & Spencer (Jaeger), Molly Mahon, ELLE Décor, Mapoesie and Sosandar.
